How it works
The built-in features of our intelligent systems provide intuitive response to every household members' needs and preferences. It is designed to control all the devices and appliances in the house, from inside and via internet connection.
Many features are uniquely combined by our intelligent system to complement each other and avoid technical overlapping and minimize miscommunication between various operators:
- programming the shades and drapes to open and close automatically based on the position of the sun and home occupancy
- lighting the fireplace using a smartphone or tablet without leaving the couch
- setting up a time for heated towel racks to kick in before the early morning showers
- creating a customized scene when a specific door lock code is pressed (e.g. if a family member’s door lock code is pressed, it turns on a favourite TV channel and set the volume automatically to a comfortable level)
- automatically turning down the heat when you leave for work in the morning
- controlling all home utilization features of IoT. The data can be analyzed at a later stage of the business to enable Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- collecting and analyzing accurate data of the occupancy rate and user behaviours; will measure external and internal temperature to enable efficiency for the best use of the space
- using specific hardware integrated with iPad and mobile application
- controlling of the CCTV in case of non-secured movement and trigger with an alarm system
- generating history, reporting for movements, lighting control and energy consumption
- setting up ‘kids control’ through the application and the number of hours they are allowed to use their devices
- controlling the system to unlock/lock the house doors, garage doors, car doors, check windows if open or closed
- setting up a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment, appliances and cars, which will notify of any damage or maintenance reminder
